Staff at the Raise-Op are responsible for supporting the membership and implementing the policies of the board.

Shannon Fuller, Cooperative Resident Organizer
The CRO supports membership development and participation in managing the buildings and the organization. Shannon graduated from Lewiston High School, and after 20 years in Boston, she is excited to be living and working in Lewiston again. Her professional experience ranges from medical office support to workforce development and coaching for economic mobility. She also co-facilitates antiracism workshops and loves working with groups to share learning, skills building, and plans for action. Shannon is passionate about partnering with others as they make sustainable change for themselves, their families, and their communities and she believes that access to safe, affordable housing is a crucial component of success.

Craig Saddlemire, Cooperative Development Organizer
The CDO implements policy as determined by the Board of Directors, including administration, contracting, and organizational development. For ten years, Craig operated a small video production business in Lewiston called Round Point Movies. In addition, he has been volunteering with community organizations around urban redevelopment issues, tenants’ rights, public green space, bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure, and public transportation. In 2008, he co-founded a housing cooperative on Maple Street, where he continues to live. During this time, Craig served on numerous municipal committees, represented Ward 5 on Lewiston City Council, and received the Public Service Leadership Award from the Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce.
